I chose to eat outside the hotel where there are plenty of small eateries. The room was ready, but I had trouble with the door card access. The staff were super friendly and approachable, but there was a long queue at reception with no apology for the wait.

My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The room was spacious, comfy, and surprisingly quiet despite being on a main road. The service went above and beyond, providing all the essentials and more. The location was excellent, surrounded by great dining options and shopping centers. The dining experience was decent, but the staff seemed a bit inexperienced. Overall, a pleasant stay!

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although slightly smaller than the images suggested. The service from Rio was attentive, and they even took care of my trip bookings for the next day. The location was fantastic, close to shopping centers and good restaurants. The dining experience was alright but could be improved. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
